My first day at Conan…
was very uneventful. But I loved every second of it!
I didn’t expect it to be anything too crazy, because they’re on hiatus right now. It was literally 3 interns in the office all day, and I think I saw a total of 3 other people throughout the course of the day. We pretty much watered some plants, fed a fish, answered phones, and delivered mail. I had to take inventory of a bunch Conan shirts and hoodies (I can’t even tell you how bad I wanted to snag one….or four) but that wasn’t too bad.
It was a really great opportunity to get to know the office and where everybody is, and also get to know the WB lot. I got to drive around in a golf cart for like, half an hour just exploring.
Since Monday is labor day, Wednesday will be my first REAL day of work, so I’m sure I’ll have more to share after that. Even though it was a slow day, it was honestly unreal just being there in that office…can’t wait to get the ball rolling!
